First, congratulations on the outstanding work and contribution to human knowledge! I thought you were great on the podcast.

I quickly discovered how hard it is for a writer who has been immersed in decades-long research to switch formats and fairly represent that work in an hour-long podcast. Especially if the format is completely new to you and you're more accustomed to translating medieval Arabic manuscripts than talking on your feet in front of a camera. As you observed, Coleman's low-key, understated style also makes it more, not less, challenging to be your sharpest.
